1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bajlive website at bajlive.im, including all games, betting markets, promotional tools, account dashboards, and support services accessible through it.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the bajlive platform, denominated in PKR.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player into their bajlive account using an approved payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by bajlive subject to wagering requirements, held separately from Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by bajlive prior to processing any withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager before Bonus Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x).
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary restriction applied to a player account preventing login, deposits, and participation in games for a specified or indefinite period.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, and from which access to bajlive is not permitted.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active bajlive account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bajlive strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will request proof of age documentation during KYC verification. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You are registering on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of a third party or for commercial purposes.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bajlive or had a bajlive account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

bajlive reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage of the registration process or during the lifetime of your account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Rules

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on bajlive. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bajlive actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will close any secondary accounts identified, retaining any balance held in those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. bajlive will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify bajlive support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Account credentials are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to access or use your bajlive account.

bajlive reserves the right to suspend or close any account that shows signs of: collusion with other players, use of automated betting software or bots, arbitrage or hedging strategies exploiting bonus offers, or any behaviour deemed to constitute abuse of the platform or its promotional systems.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bajlive operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in PKR. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Deposit fees: bajlive does not charge processing fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank) are the responsibility of the player.
• Approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank internet banking, and USDT (TRC-20 network).
• Withdrawal eligibility: All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit, subject to bajlive's anti-money-laundering (AML) policies.
• Withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically process within one hour. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) typically process within 24 hours on business days. USDT withdrawals typically process within 10 minutes subject to network confirmation.
• Withdrawal limits: Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. High-value withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.

bajlive reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, a breach of these Terms, or if a regulatory or compliance review is underway. In such cases, bajlive will notify the player and attempt to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bajlive offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket betting promotions tied to PSL and international fixtures. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion has specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings — published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. Those specific terms take precedence over these general terms in the event of any conflict.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who have not previously received the same promotion. Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only — one per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus play that have met the full wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• bajlive reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. In such cases, players with active bonus balances already credited will be given reasonable notice before any cancellation takes effect.
• Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play — will result in bonus cancellation and potential account review.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

bajlive offers a range of real-money games including live Teen Patti, live Andar Bahar, live roulette, live blackjack, live baccarat, online slots, and game show titles. The following rules apply across all game categories:

• All game outcomes on bajlive are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game processes conducted in real-time by human dealers and captured on live video feed.
• Players must familiarise themselves with the specific rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. Rules are accessible from within each game lobby.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game (disconnection, server error, software malfunction), the round will be either voided and the wager returned, or — where sufficient data exists — resolved based on the last confirmed game state. bajlive's resolution in such cases is final.
• Collusion between players — including sharing hand information in live card games via external communication — is strictly prohibited. bajlive employs pattern-monitoring systems to detect collusion, and accounts found to be colluding will be permanently closed.
• The use of any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to play on your behalf is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The bajlive sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, PCB internationals, and ICC tournaments), as well as selected other sports. The following terms apply to all sports bets placed on bajlive:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless explicitly permitted by a "cash out" feature where available.
• bajlive reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has commenced where in-play betting was not explicitly offered, or where there is clear evidence of a pricing error.
• PSL and international cricket bets follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method for rain-affected matches where applicable. Specific match-level rules (e.g., minimum overs for a result to stand) are published in the cricket betting rules section of the platform.
• Maximum single-bet and accumulator limits apply and are displayed at the time of bet placement. bajlive may apply individual account betting limits at its discretion in cases of suspected professional or syndicate betting activity.
• bajlive reserves the right to void or withhold payment on any bet where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information being used to place the wager. bajlive cooperates fully with relevant sporting bodies and authorities in such investigations.

8. Responsible Gaming

bajlive is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. The following responsible gaming provisions are in place for all registered accounts:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session time limits: Players may set maximum session durations. bajlive will display a reminder notification when a session limit is approaching.
• Reality checks: Periodic in-session pop-up reminders showing time elapsed and net session result are available on request.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may apply a temporary account suspension of 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed, no deposits can be made, and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Permanently self-excluded players may not re-register on bajlive under any circumstances. bajlive takes self-exclusion requests seriously and implements them promptly.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

bajlive collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Key data practices are summarised as follows:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• bajlive does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with KYC verification partners, payment processors, and relevant regulatory authorities where legally required.
• Players have the right to request a copy of their personal data held by bajlive, to request correction of inaccurate data, and — subject to regulatory retention requirements — to request deletion of their data.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the bajlive platform — including but not limited to the bajlive logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of bajlive or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bajlive platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any bajlive content without prior written authorisation from bajlive.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajlive's total liability to you in respect of any single claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bajlive shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, or punitive losses; (b) loss of profits or gaming winnings arising from platform downtime, game errors, or force majeure events; (c) losses arising from your failure to maintain account security; or (d) losses arising from your use of the platform in a Restricted Jurisdiction.

bajlive does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond bajlive's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

12. Account Termination

bajlive reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• The player is under 21 years of age.
• The player is accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• The player's account activity poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to bajlive.
• bajlive is required to do so by a court order, regulatory authority, or applicable law.

Upon account closure, bajlive will return any verified Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Balance and any funds subject to active investigation) to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any outstanding grounds for forfeiture.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting bajlive support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not circumvent responsible gaming self-exclusion obligations once activated.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bajlive reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email to the address registered on their account and/or via a prominent notice on the bajlive platform, with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Continued use of the bajlive platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the bajlive platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bajlive holds its international gaming licence. bajlive operates under a valid international gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory oversight of the relevant licensing authority.

In the event of a dispute between you and bajlive, you should first contact bajlive support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. bajlive will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through this internal process, escalation procedures available under bajlive's licensing framework may apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
